• Cut out a strip.
• Length = 3-4 thigh size.
• Sew short sides.
• Fit one of the long side.

• Check on the doll.

• Cut tulle circles around into a strip ( 1 inch).

• Cut strip in pieces.
• Fit them on a thread.
• And we have a volans.

• Sew volans to the top of skirt.

• Process edge with a strip.
• Now it's a belt.

• Sew velcro to the edges of the belt.

• Decorate back side of the belt with a flower.

• Our skirt done!
