Decor snowflakes for desserts

INGREDIENTS:
- Egg - 1 white;
- Sugar (powdery) - 5 tbsp;
- Lemon (juice) - a few drops;
- Cocoa (black) or Coffee (very finely ground);
- Baking paper;
- Confectionery syringe or paper diffuser to decorate snowflakes;
- Paint and edible pearls - if desired.
PREPARATION:
- Make a tight foam of white egg, lemon juice and sugar.
- Add cocoa / coffee to the mixture,
- Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
- With a syringe or a conventional paper diffuser, squeeze out in the form of snowflakes.
- Then put them in their warm place.
- When the snowflakes become completely dry,
- decorate them with silver sugar beads
- and put in a storage box, which is tightly closed.
- Done!
