Decor snowflakes for desserts

Christmas food decoration

INGREDIENTS:
  • Egg - 1 white;
  • Sugar (powdery) - 5 tbsp;
  • Lemon (juice) - a few drops;
  • Cocoa (black) or Coffee (very finely ground);
  • Baking paper;
  • Confectionery syringe or paper diffuser to decorate snowflakes;
  • Paint and edible pearls - if desired.

PREPARATION:
  • Make a tight foam of white egg, lemon juice and sugar.
  • Add cocoa / coffee to the mixture,
  • Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
  • With a syringe or a conventional paper diffuser, squeeze out in the form of snowflakes.
  • Then put them in their warm place.
  • When the snowflakes become completely dry,
  • decorate them with silver sugar beads
  • and put in a storage box, which is tightly closed.
  • Done!
