Liver Paste (recipe)
Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 2 p ( 1 kg);
- Carrot - 1;
- Onion - 1;
- Tomato - 1;
- Cheese ( hard) - 7 oz ( 200 g);
- Butter - 7 oz ( 200 g);
- Greens ( cilantro, dill), finely chopped - 3 tbsp;
Steps:
- Onions and carrots finely chopped. Fry with the olive oil, until the onion became transparent.
- Liver fry in olive oil until cooked (on low heat for 30 minutes). Put some salt ( good on your taste).
- Tomato chopped, cheese grated, greens finely chopped - mix together. Put some salt ( good on your taste).
- Combine fried liver, carrot, onion and butter in the blender until it's getting paste condition.
- Place 2/3 of the liver mix in some nice mold, compact and level, next layer place the tomato mix, compact and level, and finish with th liver paste.
- Leave overnight in the fridge, take out of fridge before serving, flip the mold on the dish and serve.
