Liver Paste (recipe)

Chicken liver - 2 p ( 1 kg); Carrot - 1; Onion - 1; Tomato - 1; Cheese ( hard) - 7 oz ( 200 g); Butter - 7 oz ( 200 g); Greens ( cilantro, dill), finely chopped - 3 tbsp;

Ingredients:
  • Chicken liver - 2 p ( 1 kg);
  • Carrot - 1;
  • Onion - 1;
  • Tomato - 1;
  • Cheese ( hard) - 7 oz ( 200 g);
  • Butter - 7 oz ( 200 g);
  • Greens ( cilantro, dill), finely chopped - 3 tbsp;
Steps:
  1. Onions and carrots finely chopped. Fry with the olive oil, until the onion became transparent.
  2. Liver fry in olive oil until cooked (on low heat for 30 minutes). Put some salt ( good on your taste).
  3. Tomato chopped, cheese grated, greens finely chopped - mix together. Put some salt ( good on your taste).
  4. Combine fried liver, carrot, onion and butter in the blender until it's getting paste condition.
  5. Place 2/3 of the liver mix in some nice mold, compact and level, next layer place the tomato mix, compact and level, and finish with th liver paste.
  6. Leave overnight in the fridge, take out of fridge before serving, flip the mold on the dish and serve.
