What dogs hates. DO NOT do it! (4)

Hard pulling on the leash

Hard pulling on the leash

Dogs have an amazing ability to understand the language of the human body.

They are amazingly reading our level of tension, feeling it even through the leash. When you hold the postings or pull it hard, you raise the level of stress, frustration and excitement. Your dog, and you yourself become tense.

Of course, a lot of people will say: "I do not want to control the leash strictly, but I have to do it" or "My dog pulls the leash itself, not me."

However, it is recommended to teach the dog to walk on a weak leash.

An amazing amount of energy is transferred from you to your pet through this small strip of canvas or skin. Thanks to the leash you exchange the energy. Keeping a leash free, you give to the dog understanding that everything is all right and that there is no reason to worry or strain.

With a weak leash, you tell your dog that you are calm, and everything is under control, thus giving the animal its calmness.

When you pull your pet leash firmly, you send him a message that you are tense, nervous. And your dog responds to you with the same uneasy reaction.

Remember, just as you do not like when your dog pulls you, so does your dog, if you pull the leash without end.

If the pet is well brought up, he realizes that he will not leave you, even if he believes that he needs it.

A dog that is kept on a rigid leash, and constantly pulled, more often inclined to bark or aggressively react even in the most ordinary situations, than that with which it is treated more gently.

It is proved that the dog that walks on a weak leash is more likely to be calm and supple. Agree, an uncomplicated thing for human perception.

Owners of dogs just need to learn that the less you pull your dog, the more pleasant your joint walks in the fresh air will be.
