Lemon Sugar



If you like tea with lemon, then you will like this recipe.

• Rub zest of two lemons and 
• place it in a plastic container. 
• (Zedra from one lemon will be suitable for 2-3 cups of tea).
• Pour the sugar on top - the zest generates natural oils that are absorbed into the sugar.
• Stir well the mixture and leave for about an hour to dry the peel.
• Now the mixture can be added to the tea. 
• When the mixture done, you can just add a little sugar, and you don't need add zest.

• Also, lemon sugar can also be used to prepare some cocktails.
