CancerJuly 2People born on this day are extremely emotional and responsive to the feelings of others.

Those born on this day are conventionally divided into two main types: those who keep their experiences and feelings in secret, and those who openly and noisily demonstrate them to the whole world.

Restrained individuals can be advised to loosen their inner control a little, while their emotional counterparts would do well to reduce their ardor.

Born 2 July often suffer from doubt and a lack of self-confidence. Such constraint may not be noticeable to others, especially if those born on July 2 managed to realize themselves in a particular field of activity.

The thing is that these people do not want to burden others with their problems. Doubts, therefore, remain a part of their inner world, and they do not even try to seek outside help in resolving them.

        Main event

        World UFO Day (UFO Day)

        World UFO Day (UFO Day)

Worldwide, July 2 is celebrated as the Day of UFO (World UFO Day) or the Day of the ufologist. This holiday is dedicated to those who study phenomena that have no logical explanation, and objects to which extraterrestrial origin is attributed. The term "ufology" comes from the abbreviation UFO (Unidentified Flying Object).

The choice of date for the international holiday is due to the fact that at the end of June or early July 1947, a strange object fell in the desert near the town of Roswell in the US state of New Mexico. Many are sure that there was a "flying saucer" with aliens.

Since the US intelligence services have classified all the materials of this case, it is now difficult to confirm or disprove the hypothesis. However, the event received a wide public response, it was from the "Roswell UFO Incident" that the history of ufology began. And the earthlings were divided into two camps: those who believe in the existence of brothers in the mind, and those who doubt it.

The scientific community has not yet recognized Ufology as a science. Nevertheless, in many countries of the world there are large organizations and centers of ufological research, where highly respected scientists work. Conventionally, ufologists can also be divided into two camps: those who seek evidence of an extraterrestrial presence on our planet, and those who seek an explanation for these mysterious phenomena, trying to expand the boundaries of modern science.

Despite the absence of direct evidence of the fall of the UFO in Roswell, annually for the holiday in early July more than 200 thousand people come to the city. At this time, a festival is organized here, during which seminars, lectures, special expositions and a costume parade of "aliens" are held.

On the days of the festival in Roswell, there is a peak of tourist activity: hotels do not have vacant seats, souvenirs with alien symbols are sold out. Guests are shown at once four places of wreck of a flying saucer in the vicinity of the city. In general, the "UFO industry" annually brings the economy of the city about 5.2 million dollars in profit.
