Libra, September 23. Breaking through limitations is a recurring theme in the lives of those born on September 23rd.
Born on this day, expansive individualists are not inclined to reveal their identities until they have gone through struggle and coped with physical or formal difficulties. This struggle is usually extremely intense and, in fact, continues even after a successful breakthrough.
Indeed, life for those born on September 23 is an unbroken chain of tasks, each of which must be solved. Given this, those born on this day can be called spiritual warriors.
The more enlightened individuals born on September 23 use the fruits of their struggle for the benefit of everyone around them, if only as a symbol of determination to cope with adversity.
Less educated natures can get bogged down in personal conflicts in which they inflate a lot of problems, but do not necessarily achieve positive results. It would be good for them to move away for a while from the collisions of life, put things in order in their heads and direct their irrepressible energy to worthwhile things.

At the World Fair in New York laid the "Time Capsule"
September 23, 1939
October 8, 2014, in New York, opened a "time capsule,"which in 1914, laid in the head of a statue of a lion decorating the building of the Old Capitol. The capsule had to be opened back in 1974, this date is indicated on the box. However, the message was forgotten to the descendants and was found by chance during the reconstruction of the statue.
It is difficult to name the exact date when the tradition put in the land or constructions capable for standing ages, parcels for descendants originated. Perhaps the beginning was laid by the ancient Egyptians, who supplied their pharaohs with everything necessary for the afterlife.
Or from the distant Middle Ages, when in the walls of the castles the kings hid maps describing the places where treasures are buried.
One of the most famous " time capsules" was laid in New York on September 23, 1939, when the World Fair was held there.
A large collection of objects was placed in a vessel of refractory glass 228 cm long: various books, a documentary film, an encyclopedia on microfilms, 75 samples of textiles and other new materials, and 35 daily details (a woman's hat, a smoking pipe, etc.).
It was decided to open the capsule, named because of its form "time bomb", after 5000 years after placing.
On the occasion of the new World Fair, held there in New York already in 1964, next to the first capsule was laid a second.
Her "souvenirs" were: data on nuclear weapons, a credit card, birth control pills, an artificial heart valve, a Beatles band record, a piece of a space ship lining.
Both are buried 50 feet below Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, the site of both world's fairs; the 1964 capsule was placed ten feet north of the 1939 capsule.
Open both capsules bequeathed simultaneously - in 6939.
Fashion for the laying of capsules with messages to future generations has taken root in many countries.
To collect information on all such existing messages, the International Society of Time Capsules was established.

Celebrate Bisexuality Day
Celebrate Bisexuality Day, also Bisexual Pride Day, is celebrated annually on September 23 by members of the bisexual community and their loved ones.
On this day, calls are made to bisexual people, their families, friends and relatives to recognize and celebrate bisexuality, the history of bisexuals, their community and culture, as well as the normal life of bisexuals.
Such a celebration was conceived as a contrast to other notable events in the LGBT community, as a response to the prejudice and marginalization of bisexual people from both heterosexuals and representatives of the LGBT community.
High School Failure Day
Many students leave schools annually without a certificate of secondary education and, accordingly, cannot then get higher education.
Solving such problems is necessary through the joint efforts of teachers and school administrators, parents and other family members of students, the media and public organizations.
Despite the fact that there is practically no single international standardization in secondary education, international organizations conduct special studies to track the changes that are taking place in secondary education both at the global level and at the national level. This is done to make a feasible contribution to the improvement of national secondary education systems.
